Tennis great. Parking very bad.
Show court ticket was excellent. Parking arrangements horrific with zero heard back from them after attempting contact in every way imaginable.

My experience at Wimbledon was far from…
My experience at Wimbledon was far from good. To go to AELTC was a bucket list desire..I don't have enough space to include complete chaos of tickets but about disable access. I want to warn people with mobility issues that Wimbledon is awful both with access but also 'resolution' services...so plz if you have mobility issues ensure all booked correctly..I booked disability seats + offered 21st row!!! To change to disability seating wanted me to pay £10 extra!! Nice penalised for being disabled..rant over but plz be vigilant with bookings

Ticket troubles too
Also tried to transfer a ticket due to COVID. Was told we were to late but would try transfering to same household. Never happened so person attended anyway on 5th day. Tickets on phone never worked. No WiFi signal on some courts. Some stewards helpful. No wonder so many empty seats on show courts this year. Sort it out Wimbledon for next year. Still great tennis when you can get to see it.

DISGRACEFUL commentary with so many derogatory remarks
I love Wimbledon and watch every year but this year I am astonished and disappointed.
I am watch Nick Kyrgios and one of the commentators is completely disgusting. Once referred to nick has a " high drive dog". He should be taken off air.
All he has done through his game with Nakashima is negatively comment on him with sometime derogatory remarks. The other commentator with him I can hear him wishing that he would shut up.

Unable to Transfer Ticket to Guest - 27 Jun 22
I have tickets for Mon 27 Jun 22 but became ill this week and the doctor advised I needed to rest. I called Wimbledon to request a refund for my ticket only to be told that my friend would not be able to go either because the window to transfer their ticket had passed.

I was not made aware there was a deadline for transferring their ticket and have still not managed to find any details on the website of this date.

My friend is devastated as we have waited 2yrs for this event. My friend will also lose out financially as a refund is not available for parking which they have paid in advance.

The deadline for transferring tickets should be explicit. It seems cruel that I should suffer twice (firstly with my illness and secondly watching my friend suffer) because of Wimbledon’s lack of clarity and inflexibility in their ticketing process.

Killers of the spirit of the game
The organizers banned Russians and Belarus athletes from Wimbledon 2022 participation. The decision is absolutely illegal and killing the tournament and the spirit of the tennis. Boycotte Wimbledon, boycotte nazism!

Winderful Wimbledon 2021
The new online system in 2021 worked great for me. Many of the people having issues didn’t read the instructions carefully. You had to have the My Wimbledon app and your ticketmaster account. Yes the online ticket queue was long but I got a ticket for manic Monday. The ticket showed up in my app. The only thing I didn’t like was that the QR code on the app does not appear until the morning of your visit which caused me quite a lot of panic! The actual venue was really well organised with lots of staff to help.I literally walked straight in - COVID status proof on the NHS app. Wimbledon has a magical atmosphere. Due to COVID (I think) 5 courts were ticket only so spent a bit of time on The Hill watching centre court matches on the big screen. Even the parking was well organised. Apart from my favourite player losing, I had a brilliant day!

Good luck getting refund for cancelled tickets
As stated on the Wimbledon website, ticket-holders are permitted to cancel tickets no less than 24 hours before the match.

Well I cancelled my tickets many days in advance, but Wimbledon have neither replied to my request nor actioned the cancellation and the tennis match begins tomorrow!
On the My-Wimbledon app only 1x ticket states “cancel pending” whilst the other ticket remains active, many others have reported experiencing the same issue after reading posts on Twitter. Completely unacceptable Wimbledon/AELTC have failed to process my cancellation request and failed to respond via email, especially when the customer has given sufficient notice inline with your scrupulous pedantic Terms & Conditions. Its also unfair to charge extortionate prices for crummy seats (£200 each) and then disregard your own terms of sale. Using excuses like Covid will not suffice when you have had 18 months to make provisions for the pandemic nor should this be an opportunity to experiment with new ticketing apps at the expense of the consumer.

Wimbledon need to take full responsibility for its disorganised ticketing sales process, being nonchalant and ignoring customer refunds cannot be permitted as this breaches your own terms of sale. Neither can the notoriety of your tournament be license to trade in such manner.

Come on sort it out!

Wimbledon Tennis - Complete and Utter Joke
What a complete and utter joke it would be zero stars if I could. I registered for my wimbledon got my code and went on line and got a ticket - yippee err no!!! I tried for a pair but they ran out and I could not buy 2 singles instead but it would not let me do that and wimbledon constantly go on about 2 tickets is the maximum - good luck getting two I have now sent 20 plus emails including several to CEO, I wrote a letter to them immediately as they ask and guess what not one response other then to offer to cancel the ticket so they can flog it to someone else. I have called their ticketing office 76 times now and all that happens is that they play the message on IVR twice and cut you off after so you have no chance of actually speaking to them. They say use the my wimbledon app and cancel booking but you cant it doesnt work you cant actually do anything as when you select an action it says cant do requested action on all options - they clearly havent tested this app properly. I was going to transfer this ticket to my wife but a) she didnt want to go on her own and b) they mandate that the cardholder has to be present when they turn up and with only one ticket it would be pointless anyway as she was not the cardholder that bought the ticket!!!!!! What a bunch of absolute muppets so I have tried everything in my power with no response so game set and match to them

What a very disorganised group. I expected better
What a very disorganised group this is. I expected better. Charged me for tickets but have not received any further information and the championship is a couple days away. Can’t get through on phone. Next step is to seek a refund from my credit card as they have not provided the tickets

For tennis fans that don't have access to Wimbledon...
For tennis fans that don't have access to Wimbledon TV coverage (whether you're at work, or you don't have TV, like me), the website offers a fantastic second option: Wimbledon radio: http://www.wimbledon.com/en_GB/interactive/radio/index.html

Personally, I find TV tennis commentators to lack much in the way of insight and to be a bit dry (John McEnroe being the one exception). But not so for Wimbledon radio--they are surprisingly good--well done Wimbledon.
